iFilm English TV to wave goodbye to ‘Pejman’

The final episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s popular comedy ‘Pejman’ has been scheduled to be aired on Thursday.

Produced by Mohsen Chegini and directed by Soroush Sehhat, the final episode of the show will hit the air at 20:00 GMT. It will also be repeated the next day at 01:00, 07:00 and 12:00.

‘Pejman’ tells the hilarious story of Pejman Jamshidi, the former player for Iran’s National Football Team who is now thirty-six years old.

He is having trouble finding a club to play for and refuses to accept the fact that his football days are over.

As he sees his career coming to an end, his friends and even his fiancé leave him.

His extravagant lifestyle comes to an end and his whole life crumbles.

Will he let the bad days bring him down or will he finally find his way in life?

The most notable on the cast list are Pejman Jamshidi, Shaqayeq Dehqan, Sam Derakhshani, Bahareh Rahnama, Houshang Harirchian, Ardeshir Kazemi, Rambod Javan, Farhad Ayeesh, Ashkan Khatibi, Houman Barqnavard, Qolam-Hossein Lotfi, Behnam Tashakkor, and Bijan Banafshehkhah.

‘Pejman’ will be replaced by ‘Made in Iran’ directed by Mohammad-Hossein Latifi.
